Our base price is $1,500.00 for Females and $1,800.00 for Males. This includes an application for "Limited" registration. If you wish to breed, that would require "Unlimited" registration and will be $500.00 additional.
We will occasionally price an individual puppy up to $2,500.00 if the puppy appears, to us, to be exceptional.
There are also those puppies that would be priced slightly less due to a fault such as a long coat or a white marking on a foot or toenail. These pet quality puppies are great companions and are in no way inferior.
Our puppies are guaranteed for 1 year for physical problems that are inherited. If you are not satisfied with your puppy we will replace it with a puppy from the next litter. There are no cash refunds.

Health Guarantee:
The buyer has 48 hours (2 days) after delivery to take the puppy to their choice of Veterinarian for a through examination. The Seller is not responsible for this examination. If the puppy is found to be unhealthy it must be returned with a written statement from the Veterinarian within 72 hours (3 days) to obtain a full refund or exchange, if available.
Breeders Statement:
There is no guarantee intended or implied regarding this Mastiff puppy as to suitability for showing or breeding. The Breeder does not guarantee this puppy in any way except to state that you are getting a healthy English Mastiff puppy eligible for American Kennel Club registration. Registration is limited, if you wish full registration there will be an additional charge.
